No sparks flew and no old flame was rekindled when former lovers John Prats and Heart Evangelista played sweethearts once again for the episode "With You" of Your Song, ABS-CBN's weekly romance TV series.

    But for his part, John admitted he had jitters having a romantic scene with Heart. This was revealed by John himself to PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Valentine party-cum-press con of Your Song last January 26.

    The young actor said, "Nu'ng nagte-taping kami, the day before nun, kinakabahan ako. Kasi it's been three or four years kaming hindi nagkikita �tsaka nagtatrabaho. Tapos nung nando'n kami, yung first take na kinunan ni Direk Andoy [Ranay, director of the TV series], yung last scene, which is yung romantic scene. So medyo kinabahan ako, paano kasi ang hahaba ng lines."

    He added, "Then na-break naman ni Heart yung ice, kasi dun lang siya nag-start nag-joke. �Tapos sinabi niya, parang weird, �coz kami uli. Nagbibigayan kami uli ng linya', which is weird talaga."

    John also said, "Pero after that, nung natapos na yung scene na �yon, hanggang matapos na yung taping namin, wala, okay naman. Talagang kwentuhan. Very light yung trabaho namin sa Your Song."

    When asked if there's some kind of a wall between them, Heart answered, "Wala namang wall. But I guess, kasi we've been working before with each other for four years, so sobrang parang normal. Sanay na sanay na kami na pagka-�action!' gano'n na. So okay naman, wala namang anything... Something there."

    Were they sentimental during the taping? Did they talk about their past?

    Heart said, "Actually, nung Homeboy, kasi hindi namin talaga napag-usapan until sinabi ni Tito Boy [Abunda] na parang �What did you miss with each other?' ganyan. Pero more of ano e... Kasi sobrang bata pa namin nun e. Immature yung pinag-aawayan namin, so nakakatawa lang ngayon. Parang nothing really to go sentimental na rin."

    John added, "Nu'ng nagkwentuhan kami, wala lang, yung mga nangyayari sa Berks, nung taping namin, nami-miss namin yung barkada. Yun lang ang pinag-uusapan namin, wala naman yung, sabi nga ni Heart, �something sentimental.'"

    Heart is very much involved now with actor Jericho Rosales while John is mum about his love life.

    Incidentally, the episode "With You" is a song from MYMP. Your Song turns one year old this February.
