Prats was reacting to an earlier statement by fellow actor and dancer Rayver Cruz that he (Cruz) stopped his amorous pursuit of the young actress to make way for Prats. "If I'm the reason (why he gave up), for me, if you like someone it's not an excuse--because if you really like someone you will push it to the limit." Prats proudly admitted on national television that he is courting Magdayao. "Let's tell the truth. Shaina is really beautiful, I may not be the only one courting her, but for me when it comes to Shaina -- may the best man win." Earlier reports said that Cruz finally given up his romantic pursuit of his his love team partner actress/dancer Magdayao. Cruz made the statement following reports that Prats is courting Magdayao. Cruz said that if reports are true, he's willing to make way for Prats. �No matter what happens, I�m always there for Shaina--as a friend,� Cruz said. Cruz even gave some unsolicited advice to Prats: �What ever happens I want you to take good care of Shaina.� Prats and Cruz are regular mainstays of ABS-CBN�s weekly variety show ASAP �07. |
