Actor-dancer John Prats admitted that he felt some pressure while working with childhood crush Aiko Melendez for ABS-CBN's "Your Song: Someone Like You". The episode was based on the song "How Did You Know" By Piolo Pascual.

Prats also admitted that he still admires the actress because of her unfading grace and beauty.

"Yung paghanga na talagang hindi nagfe-fade yung beauty niya nandoon pa din. Parang hindi siya tumatanda parang kung ano ang itsura niya noong 'May Minamahal' ganoon pa din. Kaya sabi ko amazing, ang pag-admire ko siguro sa kanya ganoon pa din," he said.

Prats said that he just finished taping for "Your Song" with Melendez, and that he feels overwhelmed and honored to work with the actress. He said that on the first taping day he really had a hard time talking to Melendez because he was shy, but he and the rest of the cast eventually took time to bond with the actress.

"Kapag nagbi-break kami kwentuhan kami, para siyang barkada, bungisngis sobrang daling pagaanin, kaya ang bilis kagaanan ng loob si Ms. Aiko, buong taping day namin ganoon," he said.

Prats said that after taping the show he really felt good that he was able to find time to know Melendez better.

"Parang yung bonding namin, parang soap opera. Parang ganoon katagal ang taping namin pero tapos na. Maasikaso siya, mahilig magpakain sa mga tao," he said.

In "Your Song" people will definitely see a more mature and sexier Prats. He said that doing intimate scenes was really easy for hinm since he was already comfortable with Melendez.

"Kinuhaan 'yan ng madaling araw, yan ang last scene na kinunan namin, kaya siguro last para maging comfortable kami. Parang biruan yung ginagawa namin pero kapag tape nandoon. Pinagpapawisan ako ng malamig kasi first time kong gumawa ng ganyang klase...hindi ako kumakain bago mag-tape para kunwari payat ako sa scene na ito," he said.

"Your Song: Someone Like You" is directed by Don Cuaresma. The series features the May-December romance betweeen the characters played by Melendez (Marge) and Prats (Melvin).

The two meet in a bar and because of Marges depression over a break-up with husband-to-be Allen, she ended up spending the night with Melvin.

Years later, Marge and Melvin will meet again, this time as co-teachers. A seemingly unlikely couple, will the two stand the test of time?

To find out the answer, watch the series only on ABS-CBN every Sunday this September after ASAP 08.

When asked if he could also fall in love with someone who is older than him like the comebacking actress, he replied, "Someone like Aiko? of course...sinabi ko sa kanya na kinabahan ako kasi... inamin ko sa kanya na sobrang crush ko siya dati. Hindi naman imposible na ma-in-love ang isang bata sa nakakatandang babae."

Prats already worked with Melendez for the movie "Batang X."

Prats, a home grown talent of ABS-CBN admitted that "Your Song" is part of the deal with the network for him to stay on.

"Ito po yung talagang ipinromise sa akin ng ABS-CBN at lahat ng nasa contract. Yun talaga ang in-offer nila sa akin," he explained.

Aside from "Your Song", Prats will also be part of "I Love Betty La Fea." He will topbill Mars Ravelo's "Tiny Tony" and is set to do "Sanlakas" with the rest of Ravelo's superhero creations like Lastikman.

Prats will also be doing a comedy project with Concert Comedy Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas.
