He’s already 23 and the saddest part of it is when he travels abroad, enters a bar and the receptionist asks him to present his ID. People always have this impression, at first glance, that John is nothing but a child. He doesn’t blame his height of only 5-foot-5 for it. ‘I’ve always been comfortable about how I measure up. Perhaps, it’s my boyish looks that give people that impression,’ he explains. John, who has shown he’s got both the rhythm and the groove in dancing, has unveiled yet another side to his persona; this time, as a businessman. In partnership with entrepreneur Michelle Asence of Scent Station, the actor has launched his own signature fragrance called Motion. The scent, he says, is not too strong, just fresh and fruity. Motion is but one of 50 different variants for men and women under the Scent Station banner. Meanwhile, the young actor who looks up to Michael J. Fox, another shortie, will be seen next in ‘Shake, Rattle & Roll 9’ and ‘Pare Koy,’ a TV serial adaptation of the 90s film, ‘Pare Ko.’ |
