By: Mario E. Bautista From: People's Journal [January 28, 2008] John was already here when Camille gave birth to her baby boy last Thursday, January 24. John says Camille and the boy’s dad, Anthony Linsangan, had already gotten married while in the U.S. but they intend to have a church wedding here when they come home with the baby. John won’t give out any other info about the wedding, as he said Camille wants to talk about it herself to the press later when she’s home. “All I’m allowed to say is that na-ging masaya ang kasalan nila,” he says. How does he feel that Camille is younger than him and yet she’s the first one to settle down? “Okay lang. I’m not in a hurry naman to start my own family. I have to be financially stable first bago ako lumagay sa tahimik sa hirap ng buhay ngayon. I really wanted to extend my stay there sana para makita ko ang baby niya, but I have commitments here so I had to come home.” His inamorata, Shaina Magdayao, plays a mature role in “Lobo” and even has a kissing scene with Piolo Pascual. What can he say about this? “Okay lang. Trabaho lang naman ‘yun.” John has started shooting for “Manay Po 2,” once again directed by Joel Lamangan. The movie is meant to be Regal’s special Easter Presentation on March 22. As he’s a gay in the film, John’s love interest is Mike Tan of Starstruck 2. Polo Ravales and Jiro Manio remain to be John’s equally gay brothers. Playing an intriguing role is Rufa Mae Quinto as a babymaker that Polo and his boyfriend, Luis Alandy, hire so they can have a child of their own. Also added into the cast are Starstruck 4’s Kris Bernal and comedienne Rubirubi. |
