I remember when I interviewed John a year ago when he proudly told me that he and his family owned a 10-door apartment near their old residence in Sta. Mesa, Manila. They had all the units rented, including their old house.     He laughed when we told him that the rental of the building is enough to support their family.     Just recently we read in a magazine that John and his family have a six-unit townhouse in a compound, also close to their house in Cainta, Rizal. All these units are for sale, two of which, in fact, have already been sold.     "The units are not of the same sizes," John was quoted saying. "May unit of small sizes, medium, and large. Para lahat ng klase ng buyers can be accommodated."     The Prats tapped a named architect and engineer to design and supervise the construction of the townhouses. They are more than satisfied with the results.     Come to think of it, isn�t Shaina Magdayao, John�s rumored girlfriend, into the same business? Shaina also owns an eight-door studio type apartment in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
